Dinner at Annie's/ C2 Restaurant of The Summit Ridge Hotel in Tagaytay. The place has its own buffet that night but we preferred to order. Most of the food we had were Filipino Cuisine with a twist. Instead of usual sauteing, everything was cooked and plated in different ways. Below are the food in caption.
Crunchy Fried Fish with String Potatoes on Top
Kare-kare (Deep Fried Pork, Vegetables, and Sauce are separated)
Sauteed Mix Vegetables, meat is also separated
Not a Filipino food, but were just curious how the burger taste with its mushroom
For finale, chocolate cake for dessert :)
loved the plating. loved the vivid photos. makes me NOT want to eat, but stare at those hearty meals.
